Who we are

Eagles Holding LTD, registered in the United Kingdom and operating from Abu Dhabi, is the data controller for personal data collected through www.eh.ae. If you have a question about this policy or about how we handle your data, write to enquiries@eh.ae.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us and what the site needs to function.

• Information you enter in the contact form: your name, email address, organisation, chosen subject and message.
• Technical information created automatically when you browse: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and the time of your visit.
• Your cookie preference, stored in your browser so we do not ask again on every page.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and route it to the right company in the group.
• To keep the website secure and working correctly.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used — but only if you accept analytics cookies.

Our lawful basis is your consent where you contact us or accept analytics, and our legitimate interest in operating a secure website otherwise.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is seen by the group office and, where relevant, by the operating company best placed to answer it. We use a hosting provider and an email provider to run the site and deliver messages. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then deleted. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to enquiries@eh.ae and we will respond.

If you are in the United Kingdom and are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. If you are in the United Arab Emirates, you can raise the matter with the UAE Data Office.

International transfers

The group operates in the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates, so your data may be handled in either. Where data moves between them we rely on appropriate safeguards.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
