Eagles Holding LTD is an investment holding company registered in the United Kingdom and operating from London and Abu Dhabi. It exists to own operating businesses and to make them better than they would be alone.
Why a holding company
A group of independent companies competing for the same capital and the same expertise will usually underperform the same companies held together and supported properly. That is the whole argument for this structure, and everything Eagles Holding does follows from it.
The operating companies keep their own management, their own client relationships and their own identity. What changes is what sits behind them: a balance sheet that can fund growth, a governance framework that holds them to a standard, and ten sister companies whose capability they can call on without buying it in.
How the group is organised
Eagles Holding is incorporated in two jurisdictions. The United Kingdom company, Eagles Holding LTD, is the registered seat of the group and the parent of the British operating companies. The Emirati entity holds the companies operating in and from the United Arab Emirates.
Between them they hold eleven operating companies, listed below. Each keeps its own management and its own market; the parent provides governance, strategic direction and oversight.
