ECC advises on ICT and infrastructure, then builds what it recommends. Its work runs from network and infrastructure projects to power systems and data centres delivered on an EPC basis. It also guides OEMs and system integrators through pre-qualification so they can compete for major regional projects.
The network underneath the business.
UCG keeps organisations connected and their data held securely. It registers and manages domain names, carries traffic over IP transit, and runs virtual SD-WAN for businesses with many sites. It provides cloud and data warehousing and manages the infrastructure behind all of it.
Enterprise IT, kept running and kept secure.
Sniper AG looks after the systems enterprises depend on. It manages IT services day to day and runs security operations that watch for threats and respond to them. It also puts governance in place so that technology decisions stand up to audit and board scrutiny.

L'Agenzia takes a brand from idea to audience under one roof. It plans the campaign, produces and finishes the content in its own production house, buys the media and runs the outdoor and digital activity. One team is answerable for the work from first draft to final placement.
The equipment, and the parts that keep it running.
EPE supplies power equipment, industrial machinery and spare parts to the traders who sell them and the operators who maintain them. As distributor, wholesaler and reseller, it gives buyers a single source for new equipment and for the parts that keep existing plant in service.
Hospitality run on the owner’s behalf.
Hotelaria manages hotels, hospitality assets and holiday homes for the people who own them. The owner keeps the asset and Hotelaria runs the operation, so the property performs without the owner managing it day to day.
One accountable partner for moving goods.
Logistique takes responsibility for getting its clients’ goods where they need to be. It manages freight, coordinates distribution and runs supply chain operations, so clients deal with one partner instead of a chain of separate carriers.

Eagles Sky supports airlines and airports with the services that surround every flight: in-flight service, cabin crew, catering, cleaning, ticketing and ground handling. It brings them together under a single provider.
Legal clarity for commercial decisions.
Las Consultoras advises companies on corporate law and on the commercial side of the decisions they make, from how a business is structured to the terms it agrees. Its advice is written for the people who have to act on it.
Where the group’s capital decisions are prepared.
United IG is the group’s investment advisory and management arm. It researches markets, analyses equities and commodities and advises on how capital is allocated across the portfolio. It also executes the group’s share transactions.
